MGS takes bullying very seriously. Bullying can affect a child’s self-esteem and recent studies have shown a bullied child may perform a whole grade below their academic potential.
MGS has recently been awarded Safe School Status, in the reflection of the anti-bullying systems set up within our school. We are continuing to develop our anti-bullying strategies via internal research and our current anti-bullying policy is under review. Should your child inform you they are being bullied, please contact our Student Services Department via the school office (01622 752101) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
