Anti Bullying

MGS takes bullying very seriously. Bullying can affect a child’s self esteem and recent studies have shown a bullied child may perform a whole grade below their academic potential.

MGS have recently been awarded Safe School Status, in reflection of the anti-bullying systems set up within our school. We are continuing to develop our anti-bullying strategies via internal research and our current anti-bullying policy is under review.

Should your child inform you they are being bullied, please contact our Student Services Department via the school office (01622 752101) or via email ([email protected]). The following website links provide useful advice to parents and students regarding steps to deal with bullying.
